Payment

* We currently accept payment through Paypal only. Customers who do not have a Paypal account can also use their credit card for payment by selecting the option of paying through a credit card without creating an account with Paypal, in the Paypal payment process.


Shipping

* Products are shipped using HK air mail from HK. It will take around 7-14 workding day for you to get the goods.
* We ship the product on the next day upon receipt of the payment.
* To ensure safe and timely delivery of your order, we strongly encourage our customers to provide us with a "Confirmed" shipping address when making a payment through Paypal. Shipment to an "Unconfirmed" shipping address is done only when we receive a specific instruction from the customer to do so. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a safe and timely delivery to an unconfirmed address.
* A confirmation email along with tracking information would be sent upon shipping. Please make sure to add ledtopworld@gmai.com to your email contact list or check your Junk/Bulk mail folder also for our email in case you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within 2 business days of placing your order.

* Multiple orders may be shipped in same consignment. If you need each item in an individual consignment please let us know.


Refunds and Exchanges

* Refunds : We accept refunds only for items that are found to have any manufacturing defects.
* Exchanges : If you feel that something you ordered from us isn't exactly what you wanted, we will exchange it. However, exchanges must be requested within 7 days of its delivery. Item(s) to be exchanged must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed in same packing as it was received in. Please note that the Buyer would be responsible for the return shipment & the additional shipment cost of the exchange item.
* Shipping charges for non-defective products returned are not refundable
* We can't be responsible for returns lost while in transit to us. We advise buyers to use shipment tracking service when they ship their returns back to us.
